The Truth We Need.

I don't have too many of my own words to add, except this;
He is coming back, friends. And at the end of my journey here on earth, I want to hear Him say to me, "Well done good and faithful servant."

I won't get there with hatred or back-lashing or teaching my children the same.

So we’re not giving up... Even though on the outside it often looks like things are falling apart on us, on the inside, where God is making new life, not a day goes by without his unfolding grace. These hard times are small potatoes compared to the coming good times, the lavish celebration prepared for us. There’s far more here than meets the eye.   2 Cor 4:16-18 (MSG)

Eleven Years; The Man Sums It Up.

This past September, my husband and I celebrated our eleventh wedding anniversary.  
Immediately, I wanted to write a sweet mushy post about love and marriage and how much I love this man.
And then I had a thought.
I should get his perspective on this 11 years of wedded bliss.
 

"Uh-oh. What if he has nothing nice to say?"
I asked anyway.
As soon as I brought him a pen and paper (3 days later), the man whipped out a list quick.
